Job summary

Simtra BioPharma Solutions in Bloomington, Indiana is seeking an enthusiastic IT Fall Co-Op to support the IT team with day-to-day end-user issues, hardware, software, and network tasks. You will collaborate on projects and help maintain a range of IT technologies across the organization.

The role provides exposure to telephony, wireless upgrades, system reliability efforts, and production support, offering learning sessions, site visits, and leadership engagement within a pharmaceutical IT

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS or MS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Strong understanding and experience with networking, databases, and programming languages (Python, Java, SQL).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for end users, hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist IT team with projects and tasks across the organization.
• Maintain and support various IT technologies
• Collaborate with IT team on telephony, wireless, and infrastructure improvements.
• Offer Level 1 and 2 support and help document solutions.
