Qualifications

• Pursuing a 4-year degree in Computer Science preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with help desk tasks: basic end-user support and IT issues.
• Assist with building and deploying computers: setup and dataClear.
• Assist with network documentation: label taps and create drawings.
• Assist in documenting issues and fixes.
• Inventory and document IT equipment.
• Lifting and transporting IT equipment of various weight.
• Clean workstations of malware and viruses.
• Perform other related duties as required.
