Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with help desk tasks: basic end-user support and IT issues.
• Assist with building and deploying computers; prep for reuse.
• Assist with network documentation and documentation of issues.
• Inventory IT equipment and assist with lifting/transport.
• Maintain clean workstations and remove malware; perform related duties.
