Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking IT Co-op students for May–December 2027 at the International Falls, MN Paper Mill. You will assist with help desk tasks, build/deploy computers, and document IT issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires pursuing a 4-year CS degree, a valid driver's license, and legal authorization to work in the U.S. Cooperative placement with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 4-year computer science degree (junior or senior).
• Must have a current valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist with help desk tasks: basic end-user support and IT issues (hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, network).
• Assist with building and deploying computers—set up new computers and prepare them for use.
• Assist with network documentation and create drawings/documentation.
