Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking IT Co-op students for our DeRidder, LA Paper Mill. You will assist with help desk tasks, computer deployment, network documentation, and equipment inventory as part of a Brown Paper Mill environment.

Eligible candidates are freshmen or higher, pursuing CS, and authorized to work in the U.S. Juniors and seniors are preferred. PCA offers benefits and opportunities to learn in a real manufacturing IT setting.

Qualifications

• Must have completed freshman year of college.
• Pursuing a 4-year degree in Computer Science preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist with help desk tasks: basic end-user support for IT issues.
• Assist with building and deploying computers, preparing them for use.
• Assist with network documentation and labeling network taps.
