Job summary

Tire Discounters in Cincinnati is seeking an IT Co-op for Spring 2027. This internship is designed to give undergraduates hands-on experience supporting IT operations, including production/configuration of computers for new employees and basic networking concepts.

You will join a collaborative IT team across Dev, Support, and Infrastructure, contribute to asset management and documentation, and develop professional skills in a fast-paced retail technology environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.
• Hardware knowledge of PCs, laptops, printers, cell phones and scanners.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
• Professional attitude, motivation, integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Execute production/configuration of computers for new employees.
• Capture and deploy current processes as department job aids.
• Service level Infrastructure 1 tickets.
• Manage/monitor IT assets (build room inventory, asset storage).
• Collaborate across IT subdepartments in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
