Motion Recruitment Partners, LLC seeks an IT Cloud Architect to join its infrastructure team and lead enterprise cloud initiatives across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform. This hands-on architect role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing secure, scalable cloud environments.

You will mentor technical teams, drive modernization efforts, and partner with stakeholders to adopt cloud best practices while maintaining work-life balance and clear career growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or cloud architecture.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform.
• Cloud migration and modernization experience.
• Knowledge of networking, virtualization, storage, and cloud security.
• IaC tools: Terraform, ARM Templates or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Active Directory & Group Policy knowledge.
• Certs: Azure Solutions Architect, AWS/SAA, or GCP (nice-to-have).
• Master’s degree in CS/IT or related field (nice-to-have).

A growing technology-driven organization is seeking an IT Cloud Architect to join its infrastructure team and lead enterprise cloud initiatives. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud environments across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform while ensuring security, scalability, and performance. The ideal candidate will bring deep cloud architecture expertise and help drive modern infrastructure strategies across the organization. 3 days per week onsite.

This is a highly visible opportunity to shape cloud strategy and influence the future direction of enterprise technology. The organization is looking for someone who can serve as both a hands-on architect and trusted advisor, helping teams modernize infrastructure, improve security, and adopt cloud best practices. Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or cloud architecture experience
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Azure
• Experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
• Cloud migration and modernization experience
• Strong understanding of networking, virtualization, storage, and cloud security concepts
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates, or CloudFormation
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Experience supporting NIST 800-171, CMMC, SOC-2, or similar compliance frameworks
