GreenStone Farm Credit Services is offering a paid Client Support Internship in East Lansing, MI. You will earn $20 per hour for May 2027 through August 2027 and support IT customer service with hands-on hardware and software exposure.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in IT, are Sophomore or higher, and maintain a 3.0 GPA, with strong communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Sophomore status or higher with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Hardware maintenance: repair, test, image, and clean laptops, monitors, printers and related hardware.
• Software: install and troubleshoot software and peripherals to address end-user needs.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and satisfaction with IT support.
• Utilize a ticketing system to prioritize and resolve end-user issues.
• Contribute to department knowledge base to streamline support.
• Provide end-user training on systems to maximize productivity.
• Collaborate on ongoing IT projects with the team.
