Job summary

GreenStone Farm Credit Services in Alma, Michigan, is offering a paid Sales Intern position for May 2027 through August 2027. Based in our Alma office, the internship provides hands-on support to loan officers, with exposure to both Country Living and Traditional lines of business.

You will assist with projects, travel to branch locations, conduct data analysis, help organize cross-functional meetings, and participate in community events to promote GreenStone products.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Sophomore Status or above
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office products
• Must have a 3.00 GPA or higher

Responsibilities

• Assist with special projects that streamline sales processes and support loan officers with day-to-day operational needs.
• Travel to branch locations to meet with loan officers, gather feedback, and document opportunities for process and system improvements.
• Conduct research and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities of tools and processes used by loan officers.
• Support the planning, organization, and facilitation of cross-functional meetings to evaluate proposed enhancements and build stakeholder alignment.
• Attend community events to build relationships with customers and promote GreenStone products and services.

Position Description
