Job summary

STARZ in Santa Monica is seeking an IT Client Support Engineer to provide frontline tech support for end users at the Los Angeles area. You will handle hardware, software, AV systems and printers, while coordinating with a multi-location IT team to ensure timely, high-quality service.

You will resolve escalations, participate in hardware refreshes, and contribute to knowledge bases. A personable, detail-oriented mindset is valued as you help maintain smooth user experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support or desktop support role.
• Proficiency with Windows 11 and macOS environments.
• Experience with AD, Microsoft 365 and enterprise collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 support for hardware, software, networking and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, AV systems and printers.
• Manage queues in ITSM (ServiceNow) and maintain SLA compliance.
• Coordinate with IT teams across locations and assist hardware/software rollouts.
• Create and maintain technical docs and runbooks.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest long-term fixes.
