Regal Cinemas is seeking an IT Cinema Tier 2 Support Technician I to support theatre technology, troubleshoot hardware/software, and lead IT aspects of openings, remodels, and upgrades. The role blends hands-on troubleshooting, project coordination, and collaboration with internal teams and vendors to keep every cinema running smoothly and to enable a great moviegoing experience.

Based out of our Theatre Support Office in Knoxville, TN, travel to theatres is expected as needed, with a hybrid

Qualifications

• What you will bring: hands-on experience supporting IT infrastructure, hardware, and software in a technical environment.
• You will manage multiple priorities and collaborate with teams and vendors.
• You will troubleshoot issues, think critically, and make decisions under pressure.
• You will communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners.
• You will travel as needed to theatre locations and adapt to project needs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot cinema technology and respond to technical incidents.
• Lead IT scope of projects for theatre openings, remodels, and closures with timelines and standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on equipment installs, cabling, and system configs.
• Monitor system performance, document updates, and ensure SLAs are met.
• Collaborate across IT teams to improve processes and support ongoing operations.
