Raymond James is seeking a Senior Analyst to support IT Change Management governance in our production environment. Hybrid work arrangement requiring three days in an office, with required coordination for CAB oversight and risk-based decision making.

You will review Change Requests, lead CAB meetings, monitor workflows in ServiceNow, and drive audit readiness and process improvements across the Global Change Management program.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT/change governance within a production environment.
• Strong risk assessment and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication needed.

Responsabilités

• Review and approve Change Requests with risk assessments and backout plans.
• Lead weekly Change Advisory Board meetings and document minutes.
• Monitor Change Management workflows in ServiceNow and ensure timely processing.
• Identify trends and systemic risks in change activity and escalate as needed.
• Support audit readiness and remediation of control deficiencies.
• Collaborate with IT stakeholders to promote governance practices across programs.
