Job summary

You will oversee separation of applications, infrastructure, data, and services, ensuring business continuity throughout the migration and TSA exit.

• Experience leading IT carve-out or TSA exit projects.
• Strong stakeholder communication across technical and business teams.

• Pharma/Life Sciences industry experience is a must.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT carve-out and TSA exit projects.
• Manage separation and migration across applications, infrastructure, data, integrations, networks, and services.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets.
• Coordinate activities across IT, business functions, vendors, and system integrators.
• Ensure readiness for transition and successful TSA exit.
• Drive data and application migration to standalone environments.
