Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in job placement and recruiting in the IT industry.
• Understanding of IT labor market requirements and trends.
• Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Connect IT/Cybersecurity training program participants with job opportunities, internships, and employers.
• Evaluate a client’s skills, work history, and interests for employment.
• Provide individualized coaching on resume writing, interview prep, and job search strategies.
• Teach effective job search strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with employers and recruiting firms to create opportunities.
• Assist clients through onboarding and hiring processes.
