Job summary

Kia America seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to oversee B2B enterprise systems, acting as the bridge between business units, IT teams, and external service providers. You will drive improvements, governance, reporting, and data-driven decision making.

You will guide requirements, design solutions, and manage life cycles from intake through deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and optimized user experiences across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
• Experience in Automotive CRM or customer journey processes is preferred.
• Certifications in Salesforce, PMP, PMI-PBA, CBAP, or Agile/Scrum are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex business systems analysis activities including elicitation and validation.
• Coordinate lifecycle activities from discovery to deployment for enterprise systems.
• Act as liaison between business, IT, vendors, and partners to deliver value.
• Define KPIs and support dashboards and data-driven decision making.
• Oversee testing, training, release notes, and go-live support.
