Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BS/CS/Math or equivalent; minimum 3 years in business systems or analytics.
• Experience with BI reporting tools Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience with ERP administration and data governance.
• Ability to work with multiple business functions and ensure data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Participate in cross-functional Business Systems Super Users Group.
• Analyze needs and document requirements for systems and reports.
• Develop work plans, schedules, and project tasks.
• Manage EDI operations including onboarding, partner setup, mapping, testing.
• Build queries and portals for timely business insights.
• Manage ERP roles and user access for security.
• Develop data quality metrics to ensure integrity.
• Collaborate with business users to align system functionality.
• Provide Help Desk support for assigned applications and contribute to process improvements.
• Foster MSC culture and participate in special projects.
