Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information systems, business, or related field.
• 3–7 years as a Business/Systems Analyst or similar in enterprise systems.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and system implementation support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and design specifications.
• Support system design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop user docs and provide training and ongoing support.
