Job summary

Randstad Digital is seeking an IT-Business Systems Analyst Consultant to join a healthcare client on a contract basis. The role is telecommute, with an hourly rate of $65–$75 and standard business hours.

A Bachelor's degree is required, and you will handle Epic Cadence, Grand Central and Prelude configurations, translate requirements into designs, and mentor team members. You will support Epic upgrades, coordinate with IT and third-party systems, contribute to training materials, and ensure

Responsibilities

• Maintain Epic configurations and builds to standards and timelines.
• Translate user requirements into functional/technical design specs and validate with clients.
• Mentor team members and coordinate with client-based staff.
• Participate in Epic upgrades or workflow enhancements from design through testing.
• Participate in design sessions and ensure proper documentation and issue escalation.
• Liaise between Operations, IT and third-party systems.
• Support application incidents and assist during go-lives and upgrades.
• Develop knowledge of software functionality and operational workflows.
• Analyze workflows and data collection for Epic software issues.
• Work with trainers to create training materials and curriculum.
• Adhere to change control and configuration standards.
• Build relationships with end users, customers and partners.
• Attend and contribute to project meetings.

Responsibilities

• Working on Epic Cadence, Grand Central, Prelude and Referrals configuration changes and build by maintaining industry and client standards ensuring build quality and timeline adherence as well as debugging and resolving any issues/defects
• Translate user requirements into functional and technical design specifications and review with client(s) to ensure accuracy
• Serve as a mentor/subject matter expert to local and client-based team members
• Participate in medium to large complexity Epic software upgrade initiatives or enhancements to workflows including the design, build, and test phases
• Participate in design and validation sessions and ensure appropriate documentation, follow-up and issue escalation occurs
• Function as a liaison between Operations, Information Technology (IT) and Third-Party Systems
• Provide support of application incidents reported through the help desk
• Provide assigned support during go-lives and system upgrades
• Obtain and maintain in-depth knowledge of software functionality; acquire and utilize knowledge of operational workflows to be implemented
• Perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues associated with Epic software
• Work with trainers to develop and maintain application specific training curriculum and materials
• Adhere to organization standards for system configuration and change control
• Develop solid relationships with end user communities, customers and business partners
• Attend, participate in, and contribute to various project meetings
