Job summary

Randstad Digital Americas is seeking an experienced data integration specialist to lead healthcare data discovery, mapping, and governance for payer platforms. Collaborate with enterprise data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver clean, traceable data pipelines.

You will translate complex healthcare requirements into robust, high-performance ETL/ELT solutions, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and data governance standards while supporting analytics and BI tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering Degree.
• 8+ years of data analysis experience in Healthcare Payer domain.
• 6+ years of advanced SQL experience for complex queries.
• Experience with STTM documents and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Ability to bridge business and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare data discovery, source-to-target mapping, and data integration initiatives across enterprise data systems.


• Create and maintain comprehensive transformation specifications, business rule definitions, and end-to-end data lineage documentation.


• Execute advanced SQL queries to analyze large datasets, profile raw data sources, and support quality assurance and data modeling.


• Facilitate joint requirements sessions with cross-functional technical teams, business analysts, and analytics consumers.


• Ensure all data solutions adhere to strict healthcare compliance, traceability, and governance standards.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Engineering Degree.
8+ years of dedicated data analysis experience within the Healthcare Payer domain (claims, eligibility, provider data, and clinical integration).
6+ years of advanced hands-on SQL experience for complex data querying, validation, and profiling.
Proven background authoring comprehensive Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents and transformation logic for enterprise ETL/ELT pipelines.
Demonstrated ability to bridge communication between business leaders and technical engineering squads.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with Databricks or modern cloud data warehouse architectures (AWS, Azure, Snowflake).
Familiarity with healthcare EDI standards (e.g., 837, 835, 834) and industry coding systems.
Experience with data governance, lineage tracking tools, and dimensional data modeling concepts.
