JOB SUMMARY:

The IT Business System Analyst (Supply Chain Manufacturing) is critical for ensuring successful technology implementations within the supply chain and manufacturing departments. This position involves working closely with business and IT leaders toidentifyneeds, develop strategies, andoptimizesystems for improved efficiencies and collaboration. Candidates should have experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, OTC, ManufacturingCloudandBlue Yonder witha strong understanding offoodproduction andlogisticsprocesses.Experience withRedwoodroll out willbepreferred.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• System Optimization: Oversee theutilizationand optimization of Oracle ERP& Blue Yonderand its integration with all business applications, ensuring these systems align with our business processes andobjectives.
• Strategic Planning and Change Management: Assist in executing strategic IT plans that support expansion into e-commerce and other business areas, incorporating effective change managementstrategies.

BusinessProcess Analysis: Conduct business process analyses and needs assessments to align information technology solutions with company initiatives.

• Integration and Automation: Support the integration of new applications into our existing and future systems, focusing on automation and process improvement.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support for day-to-day operational issues within Oracle ERP andBlue YonderWMS.
• Training and Development: Hold a continuous improvement mindset that allows for ongoing training and self-development as an IT team member to ensure ongoingproficiencyin utilizing, supporting, andmaintainingour systems.
• Project Management: Understand and support relevant IT projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Reporting and Compliance: Ensure all IT activitiescomply withindustry standards and company policies. Provide regular reports on theutilization, areas of opportunity, andpossible growthareas of the Oracle ERP system.
• Requirements Documentation: Write andmaintainfunctional specifications for new and modified business systems.
• System Solutions Delivery:Participatein the delivery of system solutions, including configuration, testing, deployment, and validation.
• Training: Assist with developing, preparing, and conducting training on computer hardware and software usage.
• Support: Provide support for production and development environments and on-call support after business hours as needed.
• Team Management: Manage a team of Business Systems Analysts to coordinate support and project efforts.
• Enterprise Application Support: Develop and manage enterprise business systems team supporting ERP,Manufacturing,OTC, and other business-critical applications.
• Best Practices: Ensure adherence to industry best practices for developing and sustaining enterprise applications.
• Application Design: Support application design and architecture for systems solutions to meet various business requirements, primarily in Oracle cloud areas such as ERPOTC&Manufacturing, etc., and business intelligence areas.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage and engage with stakeholdersto ensure successful project delivery and system implementation.
• Enhance production andlogisticsprocesses within the supply chain and manufacturing departments.
• Implement and manage systems supporting supply chain visibility and efficiency.
• Ensure seamless integration of manufacturing systems with other business processes.

Required skills and qualifications

• Experience as a business analyst or a related position with relevant large-scale enterprise application experience.
• At least3-5year’sexperienceworking on Oracle Cloud ERP,OTCandManufacturingimplementationsrequired.
• Understanding offood manufacturing andlogistics
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability tomaintainconfidentialityregardingsensitive information.
• Experience in financial services and processes.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and two or more years of related experience, or six years of an equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, finance, procurement, manufacturing processes, and change management.
• Knowledge of financial data security and integrity.
• Experience in production andlogisticsprocesses.
• Knowledge of supply chain management systems.
