Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow, ITSM, and Knowledge Management preferred.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
• Knowledge of ITSM principles and support center operations.
• Experience participating in software testing and UAT.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Develops and documents technical specifications aligned with requirements.
• Translates business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Reviews application problems and informs partners of status and resolutions.
• Acts as liaison between business partners and development teams.
• Designs screens, reports, and dataflows to meet needs.
• Tracks and manages change control documentation and processes.
• Assists with testing and validation activities and test planning.
• Creates reports and dashboards to enable performance measurement.
