Job summary

Link Snacks in Minneapolis is seeking an Associate IT Business Analyst to partner with business owners, identify opportunities, and support applications across SAP, Salesforce, and other technologies. You'll collaborate with business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment and grow as a subject matter expert while managing stakeholder relationships at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge and experience with SAP modules, Salesforce, PowerBI and/or other relevant applications.
• 1+ years of Business Application experience.
• 1+ years implementing and supporting business systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with all levels of management.
• Working knowledge of core business processes and applications.
• Cross functional experience with other SAP business areas.
• Proficient with Project Management principles.
• Understands current and emerging IT technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI Tools.
• Skilled in testing and documentation using accepted methodologies.
• Capable of providing inputs to scope, plan, and estimate projects.
• Expert in defining detailed business requirements.
• Able to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
• Willingness to travel 10%.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong business partner relationships with Sales & Customer Finance functions.
• Understand new business requirements with IT BRM Sales and provide recommendations.
• Provide functional support for Sales-related SAP, Salesforce implementations and projects.
• Scope and plan Sales-related IT projects improving business processes.
• Deliver projects within budget and defined scope on time.
• Define functional and technical specifications as required.
• Support sales-related AI projects, including training and model adjustments.
• Perform system configuration in sales-related technologies.
• Create and complete testing scenarios in the business area.
