Job summary

NFI Industries in Camden, NJ, is seeking a Business Analyst I to assist Implementation Managers and IT project teams on customer startup projects and demand requests. You’ll help document, configure systems, test, and provide frontline support to internal and external customers.

The role emphasizes collaboration, creating clear project artifacts, participating in testing cycles, training end-users, and identifying process improvements under guidance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree strongly preferred; comparable experience considered.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Broad, generalist knowledge of core elements or concepts relevant to the role.
• Focus on learning existing tools, resources, and processes at NFI.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Implementation Managers and IT project teams to develop an implementation plan.
• Clearly and concisely documents and maintains project artifacts.
• Under guidance, assist in the configuration and creation of custom application solutions.
• Complete and document unit testing and integration testing activities.
• Coordinate and document user acceptance testing activities.
• Identify, define, and resolve minor issues during the implementation process, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Utilize project management methodologies consistent with the common framework.
• Become a subject matter expert in at least one area within the department.
• Train customer end-users on solution functionality and operational processes.
• Seek to identify improvement opportunities for process, execution, delivery, and communication.
• Learn new systems, processes, and tools quickly and thoroughly.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by the role.
