Job summary

NFI Industries in Georgia (Alpharetta) seeks a Business Analyst II to support Implementation Managers and IT project teams on customer startup projects and demand requests. You will help develop and maintain documentation, configure systems, run tests, document issues, and provide user support across internal and external customers.

The role requires 4–6 years of relevant experience with a BA/BS degree preferred.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree strongly preferred; comparable work experience considered.
4–6 years of relevant experience preferred.
Learns quickly and makes steady progress with limited feedback from senior team members.

Responsibilities

Coordinates with Implementation Managers and IT project teams to develop an implementation plan
Documents and maintains project artifacts clearly and concisely
Assists in configuration and creation of custom application solutions
Completes and documents unit and integration testing activities
Coordinates and documents user acceptance testing activities
Identifies and resolves minor issues, escalating complex items as needed
Learns new systems, processes, and tools quickly and thoroughly
Trains customer end-users on solution functionality and operational processes
Identifies opportunities for process, execution, delivery, and communication improvements
Performs other duties as required by the role
