Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise operations transformation. You will gather and document business requirements, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and coordinate with vendors to ensure delivery aligns with objectives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business analysis, strong communication skills, and experience in BRD/FRD development, process mapping, and UAT support within complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Experience supporting large enterprise transformation or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis skills.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Vendor management or third-party coordination experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and user stories.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise operations transformation initiative. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather and document business requirements, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure successful delivery across multiple project workstreams.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with proven experience in business analysis, requirements management, and vendor coordination within complex enterprise environments.

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide operational or business transformation programs.
