Pay rate: $60-62/HR C2C

Role Overview:

The BA/PM team is crucial for maintaining current applications and shaping future capabilities. They help select vendor partnerships and support growth through automation and process alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Maintenance & Upkeep: Ensure stability and performance of existing applications; operate within specific verticals to maintain business continuity.
• Future Planning & Predictive Support: Anticipate needs, identify optimization opportunities, evaluate vendors, and select technology partners.
• Vendor & Partner Onboarding: Lead onboarding efforts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, focusing on compatibility, scalability, and automation support.
• Automation Enablement: Identify automation opportunities, collaborate to design and implement automated workflows supporting growth.
• Internal Discovery & Documentation: Conduct process discovery, document policies and workflows, and address knowledge gaps from staff departures.
