Job summary

Arcwood Environmental is seeking an IT Business Analyst to serve as a key partner between the business stakeholders and the Digital team. You will analyze processes, gather requirements, support system enhancements and implementations, and ensure technology solutions align with operational objectives.

The role focuses on optimizing inventory management, procurement performance, and data integrity while driving continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies and maintaining safe practices at all times.
• Partners with business leaders and subject matter experts to understand operational challenges and identify technology solutions.
• Translates business needs into detailed, functional and technical requirements and develops business process maps, workflows, use cases, user stories and system specifications; ensures requirements are documented, validated, prioritized and approved
• Develops and maintains training materials and system documentation for existing and new business processes
• Evaluates system enhancement requests and recommends system solutions that improve operational efficiency
• Supports system upgrades, integrations, acquisitions, and digital transformation programs
• Analyzes operational and system data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
• Develops reports, dashboards, and KPIs supporting inventory accuracy, procurement performance and material availability
• Ensures data quality and master data governance practices are maintained

IT Business Analyst

As an IT Business Analyst you will serve as a key partner between Arcwood’s business stakeholders and the Digital team to provide ongoing process and application support. This role is responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, supporting system enhancements and implementations and ensuring technology solutions align with operational objectives.

The Analyst collaborates with multiple functional areas to optimize inventory management, operational execution, purchasing and logistics and plays a critical role in driving continuous improvement, system stability, data integrity and digital transformation initiatives.
