Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in a business or systems analyst role.
• Experience working in cross-functional, multi-site operating environments.
• Previous experience with and knowledge of ERP platforms (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serves as a key partner between Arcwood's business stakeholders and the Digital team to provide ongoing process and application support.
• Analyzes business processes, gathers and documents requirements, supporting system enhancements and implementations.
• Develops business process maps, workflows, use cases, user stories and system specifications; ensures requirements are documented, validated, prioritized and approved.
• Develops training materials and system documentation for existing and new business processes.
• Develops reports, dashboards, and KPIs supporting inventory accuracy, procurement performance and material availability.
• Coordinates system testing, deployment activities and post-implementation support.
