Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; Equivalent relevant work experience or a combination of education and experience may be substituted for the required education.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in business operations, financial management, budgeting, forecasting, or resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT budget development and tracking, including forecasting and variance analysis.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, and IT purchasing processes with internal and external partners.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and staff development in collaboration with HR.
• Develop and maintain budget models, reports, and financial data warehouses.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost management.
