Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills with querying and maintaining relational databases.
• Experience building or supporting internal business applications, reporting platforms, or database frontends.
• Experience with APIs, JSON, and system integrations.
• Automation tooling using Power Automate, Power Platform, Python, VBA, or similar.
• Experience building or supporting ETL or data pipeline processes.
• Track record of automating manual processes and integrating systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with non-technical business users to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and support the organization's reporting platform, including internal SQL databases, ETL processes, reporting datasets, frontend applications, and technologies transitioned from external support partners.
• Design scalable automation and reporting solutions to meet business needs.
