Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support experience is preferred; training is provided.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tickets without losing track.
• Strong communication and a customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between stores.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level end-user support in person, by phone, email, and remote tools.
• Triage tickets, resolve issues, document clearly, and escalate when needed.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, peripherals, and connectivity.
• Manage Microsoft 365 and Active Directory tasks (password resets, lockouts, moves, adds, changes).
• Set up and deploy PCs and iPads, imaging and hardware prep.
• Maintain printers and consumables across sites and support inventory.
• Assist with VPN setup and remote access troubleshooting.
• Monitor IT alerts and respond promptly; travel to nearby stores for hands-on work.
• Educate users and document fixes for future technicians.
