Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Champaign, IL is seeking an Internal Auditor Assistant Manager to develop and perform IT audits within a full-time, in‑office role. The position will participate in the pension administration replacement project and support ongoing compliance initiatives.

The role requires planning audits, documenting procedures, following up on exceptions, and drafting findings for review by the Chief Internal Auditor. A hybrid schedule may be available after initial training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / accounting / business / finance or related field.
• 2 years of work experience in internal auditing or related duties.

Responsibilities

• Plan internal audits of areas assigned by the Chief Internal Auditor.
• Perform internal audits focusing on information system audits.
• Document procedures and results, follow up on exceptions.
• Conduct walkthroughs to understand processes and controls.
• Draft audit findings and reports for review by the Chief Internal Auditor.
• Provide recommendations to improve processes.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
