Henderson Group seeks an IT Internal Audit Manager to plan, execute, and report on technology-focused audits across an enterprise IT environment. The role strengthens risk management and governance and partners with IT and business leaders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT audit, CIA/CISA, and proficiency with AuditBoard. In-office role based in Phoenix, with strong communication and leadership requirements.

Qualifications

• CIA or CISA certification required; CPA or CISSP preferred
• 5+ years of IT audit and/or risk/compliance with people-management experience
• Familiarity with IT controls, audit methodologies, and risk management frameworks

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute IT audits including ITGC, application controls, and operational audits
• Develop and maintain the annual risk-based IT audit plan with Internal Audit leadership
• Lead SOX IT control testing including scoping, walkthroughs, and remediation tracking
• Apply COBIT, COSO, NIST, and ISO 27001 to assess control environments and risks
• Manage AuditBoard platform and document workpapers, findings, and controls
• Supervise and develop audit staff through the audit lifecycle
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and external auditors
• Build relationships with IT leadership, business units, and external audit partners
• Track audit issues and management action plans for timely remediation
• Stay current on technology risks and regulatory changes
