Amazon seeks an experienced IT Audit Manager for the Devices, Advertising, and Media & Entertainment Internal Audit team in Seattle. You will plan, execute, and report risk-based audits, guiding auditors and stakeholders through complex processes while strengthening controls and ensuring regulatory alignment.

You will mentor a team, translate technical issues into business impact, and drive cross-functional remediation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
8+ years IT audit, risk, or related field
Advanced Excel and data analytics
Experience with cloud, AI tools, or modern tech environments
Strong communication skills with leadership

Responsibilities

Lead audits from planning to reporting across diverse businesses
Manage a team of Senior IT Auditors and IT Auditors
Collaborate with engineers, product leaders, and senior stakeholders
Identify risks and translate them into practical, business-focused recommendations
Drive remediation and ensure effective risk mitigation across programs
Develop and maintain an audit roadmap aligned with business priorities
Communicate complex issues clearly to senior leadership
