Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Internal Audit Manager for the AWS Infrastructure Operations domain, based in Seattle or Arlington. You will lead planning, scoping, and execution of audits across data centers and operational infrastructure, translating complex findings for senior leadership including the CFO and Audit Committee.

You will drive risk assessment, design RCMS for infrastructure, and ensure timely, actionable remediation across multiple engagements, with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end audits from risk assessment through reporting and remediation tracking.
• Design and execute risk and control matrices for infrastructure audits.
• Draft audit findings with clear risk, impact, and remediation context.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards with minimal revisions.
