Job summary

UGI Corporation, based in King of Prussia, PA, seeks an IT Audit Manager to lead SOX ITGC testing, oversee system implementations, and drive risk-based audits across IT, cybersecurity, and OT/ICS environments. You will coordinate with ICC, oversee co-source providers, and advance AI-enabled testing within the audit program.

The role requires 8+ years in IT audit with strong SOX experience, leadership skills, and expertise in SAP/Oracle/JD Edwards, cloud security, and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/MIS, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer or Electrical Engineering, or Accounting with an Information Systems concentration.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive IT audit/ risk/ technology assurance experience.
• At least 5 years performing SOX ITGC and application control testing for SEC registrants.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT audits across SOX ITGC and application controls, coordinating with ICC and external auditors.
• Oversee system implementation and enhancement assurance from design to stabilization.
• Manage IT, cybersecurity and OT/ICS audits, including cloud and ERP environments.
• Lead and coach IT senior auditors and co-source resources; manage budgets and relationships.
• Design, validate, and govern AI-enabled testing procedures for audit purposes.
