Job summary

FICO in the United States seeks a hands-on IT Audit Lead to own ITGC/SOX 404 testing across financial applications, cloud platforms and security tooling. You will run engagements end to end, define testing approaches and push data- driven, AI-assisted assurance.

You will test controls, perform SoD analyses, manage access and identity governance, and oversee change management across modern DevOps toolchains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years IT audit experience with SOX/ITGC testing preferred.
• Experience with ERP controls (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) and cloud apps.
• Knowledge of AI/automation in audit and data analytics tooling.
• Familiarity with GRC platforms and audit management tools.
• Proficiency in SQL/Python; strong Excel skills (Power Query).
• CISA or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT audit engagements end to end with scoping, testing and remediation validation.
• Own SOX 404 IT general controls program across apps and infrastructure.
• Test IT controls, reports, interfaces and data for financial reporting.
• Perform SoD analysis and automate extraction/normalization steps.
• Audit identity management, access controls and privileged access tooling.
• Evaluate DevOps change/release controls across Git, CI/CD and ITSM tools.
• Assess cloud infrastructure, encryption, logging and data integrity.
• Conduct cybersecurity and cloud security assessments for SaaS environments.
• Support SOC 1/2 reviews and mapping of CUECs to control sets.
• Contribute to AI governance coverage and model risk controls.
• Apply data analytics and automation to audit work and reduce manual sampling.
• Prepare work papers and brief leadership on findings and progress.
• Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders end-to-end.
