UGI Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager within Enterprise Risk Assurance (ERA) to lead internal audits, SOX testing, and cross-divisional reviews. The role oversees multiple engagements, supports ERM and Compliance, and partners with external auditors to strengthen controls and processes across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in public accounting and internal audit, CPA/CIA, and demonstrated leadership in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of internal auditing, internal controls, risk assessment, and fraud detection.
• Leading SOX program for a large multi-entity company.
• Experience coordinating with external auditors and ERM/Compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the internal audit SOX engagement and annual risk assessment.
• Oversee multiple engagements across U.S. and Europe with budgets and deadlines.
• Develop and monitor ERA strategy in partnership with VP Global Risk and General Auditor.
• Coordinate with IT, ERM, Compliance for integrated assurance and continuous monitoring.
