Job summary

FICO is seeking an IT Audit Lead to own SOX 404 IT general controls and risk-based audit engagements across financial applications and cloud platforms. You will design tests, drive evidence collection and remediation validation while leveraging data analytics, AI-assisted tooling and automation.

You will evaluate identity governance, cloud security, and DevOps change controls, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure robust internal controls and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in IT, information systems, computer science, accounting or related field.
• Approximately 3–5 years of progressive IT audit experience with exposure to ITGC and SOX 404 testing.
• Hands-on experience testing IT general and application controls over ERP systems and cloud-hosted applications.
• Strong interest in AI/automation to enhance audit workflows and monitoring.
• Knowledge of identity governance, privileged access concepts, and cloud IAM.
• Familiarity with COSO, COBIT, NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 1/2, GDPR/CCPA.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT audit engagements end to end with scope, risk assessment, design and testing, issue development and remediation validation.
• Own the SoX 404 IT general controls program across financial applications and infrastructure.
• Test controls over ERP, reports, interfaces and system data supporting financial reporting.
• Automate data extraction, normalization and comparison steps for SoD and access analyses.
• Evaluate cloud infrastructure controls, identity governance, and DevOps change management.
• Contribute to AI-enabled audit tooling and continuous monitoring initiatives.
