CNA Insurance is seeking an IT Audit Director to join our Internal Audit team in a leadership role based in Chicago. You will drive risk-based audits, oversee testing across domains, mentor junior staff, and partner with business leaders to strengthen controls and assurance.

The role requires strong knowledge of IT risk, cybersecurity regulations and analytics, with a hybrid work arrangement and a base compensation range consistent with market norms for the Chicago area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred or equivalent. Advanced degree or professional designation (CPA, CIA) preferred.
• Typically, eight to twelve years of relevant experience in the Property & Casualty insurance or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit projects across functions, products or locations.
• Direct junior staff and manage audit teams.
• Plan audits, develop test programs and assess adherence to controls.
• Communicate results to management and the Audit Committee.
