Job summary

Aon plc in Chicago seeks an experienced Senior Manager - IT Audit to lead complex IT and integrated audits across the global control environment. You will partner with business and technology leadership to assess risk, strengthen controls, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

The role requires 8+ years in IT audit or related fields, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to communicate findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, information systems, cybersecurity, CS, accounting, or finance.
• 8+ years of IT audit, technology risk, or related experience in a large organization.
• Experience leading complex IT and integrated audits with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT assurance and integrated audits per the annual plan.
• Develop risk-based audit approaches covering technology, cybersecurity, cloud, data and operations.
• Evaluate IT controls design and operating effectiveness; present findings to leadership.
• Coach and develop audit staff; manage co-sourced resources and external providers.
• Collaborate with business and technology leadership to strengthen controls.
