Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; CPA/CIA/CISA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in audit/compliance, preferably in outsourcing/offshoring.
• Strong regulatory knowledge including NIST SP 800-171, DFARS, CMMC, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA.
• Proficient with audit and compliance software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits to evaluate compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Develop and implement monitoring programs for ongoing compliance.
• Identify and report compliance risks uncovered during audits.
• Collaborate with teams to establish effective audit procedures.
• Provide training on compliance policies and best practices.
• Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes to adapt strategies.
• Knowledge of SOC audits.
