This role is responsible for maintaining AV infrastructure, troubleshooting complex issues, supporting live meetings and events, and ensuring a seamless user experience across conference rooms and collaboration spaces.**Key Responsibilities*** Provide Tier 2/3 support for audiovisual systems, conferencing technologies, and workplace collaboration tools* Troubleshoot and resolve escalated AV issues quickly to minimize meeting and event disruptions* Install, configure, and maintain conference room technologies, including displays, projectors, video conferencing systems, microphones, speakers, and control systems* Support and administer AV platforms such as Crestron, Logitech, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and related technologies* Perform routine system testing, preventive maintenance, and firmware updates on AV equipment* Assist end users with conference room setup, meeting support, and live event technology needs* Diagnose and resolve issues related to audio, video, control systems, networking, and room scheduling technologies* Collaborate with IT, Facilities, and external vendors to support AV deployments, upgrades, and system integrations* Participate in AV infrastructure projects, including room builds, technology refreshes, and equipment migrations* Document troubleshooting procedures, system configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)* Monitor AV system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and user experienceThe pay range below is for Bay Area California only.
