Alturas Analytics, Inc. is seeking an IT Associate to keep our team connected and productive. You will set up computers, manage user accounts, troubleshoot issues, and support the IT team with daily operations in our Moscow, Idaho on-site location.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field.
• 1–2 years in IT help desk or systems administration.
• Equivalent combination may qualify for the role.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and image new workstations and maintain inventory.
• Provide technical support to staff and escalate issues.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Perform system maintenance, backups, and upgrades.
• Assist with training new employees on IT processes.
• Coordinate with IT for security and compliance.
