Job summary

Harvard Westlake is seeking assistant coaches/mentors for our FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) program. You will work with the Head Coach and other mentors to guide high school students through engineering design, fabrication, programming, testing and competition activities.

Availability for some weekday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays; this is a part-time role (<20 hours/week) with base compensation around $18.50–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience. Join a community committed to growth and hands-on learning at Harvard Westlake.

• Experience mentoring or coaching high school students.

SCHEDULE

Availability for some weekday afternoonevening practices and Saturdays is preferred with additional availability during the January April build and competition season Exact schedules and responsibilities can be coordinated based on experience and availability This is a part time position scheduled to work less than 20 hours per week

COMPENSATION

This is a non exempt position with a base compensation of 1850 2400 per hour based on experience and qualifications
