Mark Twain Casino is seeking an IT Assistant to support the IT Manager with company systems equipment and related software. The role involves safeguarding assets, maintaining hardware and software, and performing routine tech tasks across the facility.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of computer and gaming systems and the ability to obtain a Level II Missouri Gaming License, with strong English communication skills and reliability in a casino environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Other duties as assigned by the IT Manager.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Level II Missouri Gaming License

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Must have extensive knowledge of computer and gaming systems.
