Job summary

CoxHealth Distribution Center Receiving in Springfield, MO seeks a Procurement Analyst to manage applications, coordinate with IT, and keep systems up to date in the 1702 IT Operations department.

The role focuses on troubleshooting, working with warehouse and central services to stock appropriately, and ensuring accurate item additions. Required: 3-5 years related experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel, Word, Lawson, and databases.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and within team settings.
• Self-motivated and proactive in problem solving.
• Proficient with standard office software and databases.
• Experience with Lawson ERP and general database management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees application management and ensures systems run smoothly.
• Collaborates with IT and warehouse to maintain stocking levels.
• Troubleshoots irregularities and identifies root causes.
• Coordinates with central services to ensure accurate item additions.
