Job summary

KaylaTek is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee the complete lifecycle management of thousands of IT assets, ensuring accountability and readiness in a high-security Pentagon facility. The role requires independent work within strict SCIF procedures and a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities include stockroom operations, asset tagging, data entry, and producing precise inventory reports for leadership.

Qualifications

Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data filtering).
Experience with Remedy or ServiceNow IT asset management systems.
Experience in IT asset management or inventory control with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Full lifecycle asset management with an inventory system for thousands of IT assets.
Manage stockroom operations including receiving, tagging, secure storage and disposal; heavy data entry.
Generate and deliver asset inventory reports for critical infrastructure (laptops, desktops, printers, servers).
Serve as primary contact for asset management to leadership and technical teams.
Perform regular in-person inventories to ensure 100% accuracy; adhere to security processes.
