Verdantas is seeking an IT Asset Management specialist to maintain accurate hardware records, track lifecycles, and ensure compliant asset practices across a growing digital environment. You will coordinate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to optimize asset deployment and utilization.

The role emphasizes familiarity with ITIL processes, asset-management tools such as ServiceNow, BMC, and Flexera, and the ability to produce insightful dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, business or related field.
• ~2–4 years of experience in IT asset management or related field.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and asset lifecycle management.
• Experience with asset management tools (ServiceNow, BMC, Flexera).
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• ITIL Foundation certification and CHAMP or similar preferred.

• Maintain records of all hardware assets using asset management tools.
• Track lifecycle from acquisition to disposal.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance and IT for asset deployment.
• Perform regular audits and reconciliations of hardware inventory.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Generate reports and dashboards for asset utilization, depreciation, compliance.
• Support incident and change management with asset-related data.
• Collaborate with SAM and CMDB teams.

• Maintain accurate records of all hardware assets using asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Ivanti, Lansweeper).
• Track the lifecycle of hardware assets from acquisition to disposal.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to ensure timely asset acquisition and deployment.
• Perform regular audits and reconciliations of hardware inventory.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., Manage hardware refresh cycles and support end‑of‑life planning.
• Generate reports and dashboards for asset utilization, depreciation, and compliance.
• Support incident and change management processes by providing asset‑related data.
• Collaborate with software asset management (SAM) and configuration management (CMDB) teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• ~2-4 years of experience in IT asset management or related field.
• ~ Familiarity with ITIL practices and asset lifecycle management.
• ~ Experience with asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC, Flexera).
• ~ Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP) or similar.
• Experience with enterprise environments and large-scale asset inventories.
