Job summary

Verdantas is seeking an IT Support Specialist in the United States to maintain and secure our corporate systems. You will install and configure hardware and software, support end-users, and help manage network infrastructure across our offices.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the IT team, documentation, and user training, with a focus on security, backups, and reliable operations to help Verdantas deliver sustainable, data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience providing end-user hardware, software and network support.
• Familiarity with configuring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Ability to document procedures and support materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Monitor and maintain network security, including firewalls, antivirus software, and data backup systems.
• Assist with the implementation and management of IT projects and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless operation of IT services.
• Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications.
